Returns, Replacements and Exchanges

Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from skorpionskates.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges. To qualify for a full refund of the product price:

1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please log in to your account to request a RMA.  If you have any questions contact us at [email protected].
2. The item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Any items that are returned and are not in new condition will not be eligible for a refund. Items returned that show any signs of wear on the wheels and/or breaks will not be eligible for a refund. In this case the product will be return shipped.
3. Returned products must be received by Skorpion Sports no later than 30 days from your recorded date of delivery. All ship and receive dates are recorded through our shipment tracking systems.
4. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

The items you purchase from skorpionskates.co.uk are brand new and in unused condition. We suggest you try Skorpion Skates on indoors on a firm carpeted area or smooth, clean surface to check for proper fit. This way, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return them in brand new condition. Trying them outside or in a public rink will affect the condition of the skates, and will not be eligible for a refund. Used items are NOT Returnable, Refundable or Exchangeable.

Exchanges
If you find that you have purchased the wrong size or style, you can exchange your skates.  To qualify for an exchange:

Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe your Skorpion™ Skates or Skorpies™ were delivered to you in a defective or damaged condition, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately by e-mail at [email protected]. We will need your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your registered e-mail address and phone number. Copying and pasting this information from your original confirmation e-mail will ensure accuracy and avoid delays! Skorpionskates.co.uk will make every effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service within 30 days of your recorded delivery date, you will be responsible for all return and reship charges.

If your shipment arrives with extensive damage to the box, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. E-mail [email protected] immediately. A Customer Service Representative will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement. If you do not contact Customer Service within 30 days of your recorded delivery date, you will be responsible for all return and reship charges.
